Flight from USA to Israel

Today: Your pilgrimage begins today as you board your flight to Israel. Meals and drinks served aloft.

Tel Aviv / Sea of Galilee

Today: Arrival. Go through customs and meet our local escort who will accompany you through your stay. Board your coach bus to your hotel for registration.

Evening: Dinner and overnight will be at your hotel.

Mt. Tabor / Cana / Nazareth

Today: Travel to Mount Tabor, scene of the Transfiguration. Cana, site of the Jesu’s first miracle, here couples may renew their wedding vows. Visit the Basilica of the Annunciation, St. Joseph’s Church, Mary’s Well and the Old Market.

Evening: Dinner and overnight will be at your hotel.

Sea Of Galilee / Capernaum / Mt. Of Beatitudes

Today: Go to Capernaum where Jesus lived. Mount of Beatitudes (the location of Sermon of the Mountain). Tabgha site of the miracle of Multiplication. Church of Peter’s Primacy the location of the Miraculous Fishing. Boat trip on the Sea of Galilee.

Evening: Dinner and overnight will be at your hotel.

Haifa / Mt. Carmel / Caesarea / Jerusalem

Today: Drive to Haifa. Mt. Carmel. Caesarea Maritime, see the Roman Aqueduct. Roman Theater. Take a glimpse of the ancient remains of Herod’s palace. Travel to Jerusalem.

Evening: Dinner and overnight will be at your hotel.

Bethlehem / Shepherd’s Field / Church Of The Nativity / Ein Karem

Today: Visit Shepherd’s Fields where the angels announced the birth of the baby Jesus. Church of the Nativity. Village of Ein Karem. Birthplace of St. John the Baptist Church of Visitation where Mary visited her cousin, Elizabeth, and proclaimed the ‘Magnificat’.

Jerusalem / Mt. Of Olives / Getsemane / Pater Noster / Upper Room / Church Of St. Peter Gallicantu

Today: Visit to the Mt. of Olives with panoramic view of the Old City. Pater Noster site. Garden of Gethsemani. The Rock of Agony. Church of all Nations. Mount Zion, to visit Church of the Dormition. Upper Room. St. Peter in Gallicantu where Peter denied Him thrice.

Jerusalem / The Passion Of Christ / Via Dolorosa / Church Of Holy Sepulchre

Today: Walk the Via Dolorosa (Way of Sorrow), praying the Stations of the Cross. Holy Sepulcher. St. Anne’s Church, the home of the Virgin Mary. Wailing Wall, the most holy place for Jews. Free time to visit other Holy Sites, shopping or resting at your hotel.

Jordan Valley / Jericho / Qumran / Dead Sea

Today: Go to Jordan River to renew our baptismal vows. Excavations of Jericho the oldest city in the world. View the Mt. of Temptation where Jesus fasted and was tempted. Visit the excavations of Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were uncovered. Enjoy the mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea, renowned for its healing properties.

Jerusalem / Tel Aviv / Rome

Today: Travel to airport and depart for Rome. Arrive, board our coach bus for a panoramic view of the “Eternal City”. Stop for lunch and travel to your hotel for registration. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore on your own.

Today: Attend a public papal audience. Visit Vatican-Museums. Explore St. Peter’s Basilica. Visit Tomb of St. John Paul II in St. Sebastian’s Chapel. Church of St. Peter’s Chains. Roman Forum. Arch of Titus. Coliseum. Enjoy the ride back to your hotel.

Today: Visit. Basilica of St. Mary Major. Scala Sancta. Basilica of St. John Lateran. St. Paul outside the Walls where the body of St. Paul is buried. Catacombs of St. Callixtus. Here are buried early martyrs and popes of the early church.
