A pilgrimage to Poland is ideal for anyone looking to strengthen their faith and learn more about Pope John Paul II. you will celebrate mass at the Church of St. Florian in Krakow where Pope John Paul II served as a curate and lived while university chaplain. You’ll also visit his birthplace in Wadowice and attend mass at the parish church where he was baptized. Individual tours may also include visits to the infamous Auschwitz Concentration Camp and journeys to other popular sites in central Europe.

Flight from USA to Warsaw

Today: Your pilgrimage begins today as you depart on your flight to Warsaw Meals and drinks served aloft.

Warsaw

Today: At arrival you are met by your tour coordinator and driver that will transfer you to your hotel. Sightseeing tour of the Old Town, Market Place. Lazienska Park. Chopin Monument. St. Stanislaw Kostka Church. Cathedral of St. John. Royal Castle; the residence of the Polish King.

Evening: Dinner and overnight will be at your hotel in Warsaw.

Warsaw / Niepokolanow / Lodz

Today: Travel to Niepokolanow. Home of St. Maximilian Kolbe. Continue to Glogowiec, the birthplace of Sr. Faustina. Continue to your hotel in Lodz for registration.

Czetsochowa / Chowa & Wadowice / Auschwitz Camp / Krakow

Today: Travel to Jasna Gora near Czectochwa. Visit. The Black Madonna venerated as the “Queen of Poland”. Pauline Monastery. The cells of St. Maximilian Kolbe continue to Wadowice, birthplace of St. John Paul the II. Continue to Krakow and to your hotel.

Evening: Dinner and overnight will be at your hotel.

Today: Tour Krakow. See the Market Square. The 14th Century University. Wawel Royal Castle. St. Mary’s Church. Shrine of Sr. Faustina. Wieliczka Salt Mine. Visit the spectacular cathedral; where everything is carved from salt.

Evening: Dinner and overnight will be at your hotel.

Prague

Today: Travel to Prague. Stop at the Shrine of St. Cyril and Methodius in Velehrad to learn how they brought Christianity to this part of Europe. Continue to Prague. After registration you will have free time.

Prague

Today: Tour of Prague includes. Castle area. St. Vitus Cathedral. St. George Basilica. Loreto Church. Strahan Monastery. Wenceslaus Square. This afternoon see the Old Town. St. Nicholas Church. The famous Astronomic Clock. Celebrate Mass at the Church of our Lady of Victory, where the Infant Jesus is.

Evening: Dinner and overnight will be at your hotel.

Prague / Melk / Vienna

Today: Travel to Austria. Stop at Melk Abbey, the most beautiful in Austria, where you see the glorious gardens, Emperor’s gallery, marble hall, and its library. Continue to Vienne to your hotel for registration.

Today: Tour includes. Terraced Gardens of Prince Eugene’s. Belvedere Palace. Hoftburg Palace. State Opera. Visit St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Travel to Schronbunn Palace and the main Marian Shrine in Austria, Mariezell, where you have Mass.

Today: Travel Hungary. To the region of Transdanubia to Budapest. Stop at the Benedictine Abbey in The Pannonhalmay, established in 996 and was visited by Pope John Paul II on the occasion of its 1000 anniversary celebration. Continue to your hotel in Budapest.
